William E. “Bill” Seely. 78. Died Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids following a sudden illness.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 30 at Oak Grove Church in Shellsburg. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until service time also at the church.
