IOWA CITY — Iowa linebacker Jay Higgins and running back Kaleb Johnson officially have earned their places on the Hawkeyes’ wall of consensus All-American portraits.
Higgins has achieved unanimous All-America status after earning first-team recognition on all five of the preeminent All-America teams. Johnson, meanwhile, received first-team recognition on three of the five preeminent All-America teams (and was a second-team All-American on the other two).
