Estela’s Fresh Mex moving to new Coralville location

CORALVILLE — Estela’s Fresh Mex, a locally owned fast-casual Mexican concept, is planning a new location in Coralville.
The new spot, at 3254 Crosspark Rd. next to Barrett’s Quality Eats, opens on Wednesday, Dec. 11. The new location will replace its former Coralville location down the road on North Coral Street, which closed Dec. 8.
The new location features a larger indoor dining space, as well as a drive-thru.
Estela’s original Iowa City location, 184 E. Burlington St., will remain unaffected by the new site. The Iowa City restaurant opened there in 2017.
