Hawkeyes seek their ninth straight home win over the Cyclones

What to know: Iowa seeks its ninth consecutive home win against the Cyclones. ISU’s last triumph at Carver-Hawkeye Arena was Nov. 30, 2006.
This is Jan Jensen’s first head-coaching encounter against Bill Fennelly. The Hawkeyes were 13-11 in Cy-Hawk games in which Jensen was an assistant under Lisa Bluder, including 7-1 in the last eight years.
The Hawkeyes are coming off their first loss of the season, 78-68 to Tennessee on Saturday in a game in which they committed 30 turnovers.
Lucy Olsen returned to Iowa’s lineup Saturday after missing the previous two games, scoring 23 points. Olsen leads the Hawkeyes at 18.2 points per game.
Iowa’s Addi O’Grady (15.2 ppg) has been in double figures eight times this season, twice in the previous two seasons. O’Grady is second in the nation in field-goal percentage (.705).
Iowa State is led by sophomores Audi Crooks (19.8 points, 8.3 rebounds per game) and Addy Brown (14.1 ppg). Crooks is shooting 58.2 percent from the floor, Brown 53.5 percent.
Veteran ISU guard Emily Ryan is third nationally in assists per game (7.2).
