Ricky A. "Ringo" Starr, 62, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, at Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa.
Friends and family may gather in remembrance of Ricky from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, at Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Cremation rites will be accorded following the gathering.
Those left to honor Ricky's memory include his wife, Pam Starr of Maquoketa; children, Jennifer (Chris) Ellis of Lost Nation, Iowa, Heather (Chad) Niec of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Ashley (Sean) Reiter of Maquoketa, Iowa, and Jolene Starr of Lost Nation, Iowa; stepchildren, RJ Robinson of Maquoketa, Iowa, Steve Robinson of Princeton, Ill., and Nikki Robinson of Maquoketa, Iowa; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Randy Starr of Grand Mound, Iowa; and sisters, Carol (Mike) Evans of Maquoketa, Iowa, Dona Rawlins of DeWitt, Iowa, Glenda Richards of Indianola, Iowa, and Judy Marvin of East Moline, Ill.
