Timothy Dale Pollock of Andalusia, Ala., passed away Dec. 8, 2017, at Andalusia Hospital of a heart
attack.
Tim was born in Oelwein, Iowa, on April 22, 1958, the son of Lowell and Laura
Pollock. Most of his childhood was spent in Walker. He graduated from North Linn in 1976. He served in the Army. He then settled in Andalusia, where he married Lynne
Archie in 1985. Tim loved the outdoors and the woods, where he lived with the river close by. He also had a love for scuba
diving. He was owner of Conecuh River Cement Co.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Lynne;
daughter, Melissa (Dustin); and his son, Matthew; three grandchildren, Peyton, Mitchell and Piper; his mother, Laura Pollock of Walker; sisters, Brenda (David) Kercheval of Montezuma and Jody (Mike) Schatzle of Coggon; brother, Brett (Ann) Pollock of Vinton; nine
nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews; and his aunts and uncles.
Tim was preceded in death by his father, Lowell, in 2010; his grandparents; and three uncles.
Services were held Dec. 12 in Anadalusia by the Rev. Robert Canant, a friend of Tim's. Burial will be at a
later date.
