Hope was born on May 12, 2003, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, one of three daughters to Todd Michael and Susan Marie (Jensen) Faley. She attended Marion High School, in Marion, and graduated in 2021. She was pursuing a Fashion Business degree at her dream school, The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, New York, and was on track to graduate this May. She had aspirations to someday become a buyer. She was pursuing her dreams and working on landing a summer internship at a major fashion company. Hope also loved to FaceTime with her mom, sisters and her friends multiple times daily. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Hope enjoyed lifting, shopping, designing outfits, walking the streets of NYC and most of all, the color pink. Hope spent many hours of her day at CompleteBody in NYC, where she spent time working at the front desk or training/lifting. The people at the gym became her family in NYC. Hope also loved putting together an outfit to turn heads, which often incorporated pink. As a tribute to Hope and her favorite color of pink, the family is asking that guests wear pink to her visitation and service.
Hope is survived and lovingly remembered by her mother, Susan Faley of Marion; sisters, Holly Faley of North Liberty, Iowa and Hannah Faley of York, England, U.K.; paternal grandparents, Mike and Sharon Faley of Dubuque, Iowa; her beloved cat, “Milo”; and a host of extended family, and many friends, classmates, and co-workers.
She was preceded into eternal life by her father, Todd Faley; and maternal grandparents, Jack and Louise Jensen.
