Heidi Lou Alberta Stephens, 33, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, at
Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Heidi was born June 20, 1984, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Mark Stephens and Tracy Hoppe. She grew up enjoying fishing, camping, hiking, boating and anything that had to do with the outdoors. Heidi loved nature, the sun, the sky and trees. She was a very caring and giving person who loved her pets and enjoyed life.
She is survived by her children, Michael, Wehttam, and Nelliece; mother, Tracy Hoppe; father, Mark Stephens; brothers, Andrew Stephens and Trent Hoppe; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
