Dennis L. Boland, 60, of Springville, passed away October 26, 2024. A Private Service will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Dennis was born on May 9, 1964, in Anamosa, IA, the son of Merlin and Dorothy (Rundle) Boland. He graduated from Springville High School. Dennis also completed an associate’s degree at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids. He was united in marriage to Emmy Willson on June 17, 1995, in Springville. Dennis had worked at Timberline Manufacturing Company. In his free time, he enjoyed playing the guitar and watching classic sitcoms and movies. Dennis was also an Iowa Hawkeyes Football fan. He spent many hours in his garage and liked to tinker.
Survivors include his wife of twenty-nine years, Emmy of Springville; children, Max Boland of Cedar Rapids and Courtney Boland of Orlando, FL; his mother, Dorothy Boland of Springville; sister, Denise (Rodnie) Campbell of Graniteville, SC; and brother, LeRoy (Sherry) Boland of Springville.
Preceding him in death was his father, Merlin Boland.
