Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 29, Phillips Family Center, 605 Second Ave., Vinton, with the Rev. Mark Dieter officiating. Interment: Evergreen Cemetery, Vinton. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the family center.
