Patti M. Fonseca, 82, of Olathe, Kan., formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017.
Private graveside services will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Surviving are her children, Kevin Shulista (Nelson) and Kimberly Hoskins (Jason); grandchildren, Ryan, Kelly, Tony and Chaz; and great-grandchildren, Olivia, Riley and Shane.
Patti was a longtime resident of Cedar Rapids, where she graduated from McKinley High School, before moving to Kansas.
She will be missed by many friends and extended family.
