Be afraid of Caitlin Clark, LPGA. Be very afraid. She nearly made a hole-in-one.
Clark was a few feet from an ace in a recent golf outing with Indiana Fever teammate Lexie Hull. She’ll participate in a November pro-am at the LPGA event hosted by golf great Annika Sorenstam.

Caitlin Clark said she was going golfing after her Indiana Fever team was eliminated from the WNBA playoffs on Sept. 25.
“I’m gonna play some golf,” the WNBA Rookie of the Year from Iowa said. “That’s what I’m gonna do until it becomes too cold in Indiana. I’ll become a professional golfer.”
Recently, it was announced Clark would play in the Nov. 13 pro-am portion of The ANNIKA, an LPGA event in Belleair, Fla, hosted by golf great Annika Sorenstam.
Monday, in a video on her TikTok account, Clark is shown sticking a par-3 tee shot within a few feet of the cup while playing with her Fever teammate, Lexie Hull.
LPGA players who are in the tournament that starts the day after the pro-am may be well-advised to encourage Clark to focus on basketball full-time, lest she have thoughts of invading their turf in the future.
