Franklin C. Beckman, 71, of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Cedar Rapids, IA, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2024, at the Oldorf Mercy Hospice House in Hiawatha, IA after a sudden illness.
Frank was born to Franklin E. Beckman and Joan M. (Byer) Beckman in Piedmont, WV, October 5th, 1952. After moving several times, they settled in Cedar Rapids, IA. Frank graduated from Regis High School in 1971.
Frank moved to Tucson in 1988. He married Deanna Musker on 10/06/1990 at Unity Church in Cedar Rapids, IA.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan, his father, Franklin and his beloved wife, Dee.
He is survived by his brother Fred (Ronni) Beckman, Marana, AZ and his sister Carol Beckman and nephew John (Jennifer) Beckman of Chicago, IL.
Cremation services provided by Celebration of Life Iowa of North Liberty, IA. No services will be held, but a Celebration of Life, hosted by the Krieg family will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Oldorf Hospice House, c/o Mercy Foundation, 701 10th St SE Cedar Rapids, IA 52403 in Frank’s name.
