I know some people have complained that Rep. Ashley Hinson has spent too much time in rural counties, but those same people would also complain if she didn't visit all 22 counties in the 2nd District.
Rep. Hinson spends plenty of time in the larger population areas. I have been able to visit with and question Rep. Hinson on at least five separate occasions this year. Only one of which has been outside of Linn County and most have been in Cedar Rapids.
I have "rubbed elbows" with Rep. Hinson in many different types of settings and have found her to be knowledgeable about the most important subjects affecting our country today. Rep. Hinson's work in cybersecurity and the House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party are two of the most important areas right now.
Thank you, Rep. Hinson, and keep up the great work for all of the 2nd District.
