Connie Lou Clark of Cedar Rapids passed away on September 13, 2024.
Connie was born December 15, 1932, in Marsh, Iowa. After going to college at Iowa Wesleyan Connie was a teacher for many years and then a social worker. Connie loved people and was a good friend to many and always had a dog. She was a great mother to four kids, Duane (Rhonda), Kent (Carla), Vicki (Rick), and Lori, and her grandchildren Ben and Kelsey Clark. She had one surviving brother, Dick Cornick. A special friend Judy, who helped Connie for three years at her house.
A special thanks goes to the staff at Corridor Crossing for giving Connie so much joy this past year after moving there, and her hospice nurse Shari for her kindness and care Mom’s last few weeks.
