Scott A. Pearson, Age 61, of Anamosa, IA, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024, in Anamosa, IA.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Scott was born on November 9, 1962, in Anamosa, IA. He was the son of George and Rose (Rathbun) Pearson. Scott married the love of his life, Christine Rogers. He worked as a Correctional Officer at IMCC for 17 years. Scott was known for his epic Christmas Light display every year. He enjoyed tractor pulls and was a DIY handyman and could fix anything.
Those left to cherish Scott’s memory are his wife, Christine of Anamosa, IA; his children, Todd (Elizabeth) Pearson of North Liberty, IA, Angela Pearson, of Monticello, IA, and Madison Pearson, of Anamosa, IA; his step-daughter, Megan Conrad, of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Lily Coyle, Penelope, and Theodore Pearson; his parents; his siblings, Randy (Amy) Pearson, of Washington, IA, and Rhonda (Mike) Ackley, of Wyoming, IA; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
