CLIFFORD E. BARRETT
Hiawatha
Clifford E. Barrett, 86, of Hiawatha, died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital. Per Cliff's request, the will be no visitation or service. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; a daughter, Stacie Reeder of Cedar Rapids; a son, Kelly of Texas; a brother, Kenneth of Cedar Rapids; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers; and one sister.
Clifford was born on April 27, 1931, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Arthur and Hazel Hinkel Barrett. He married Linda I. Longshore on March 17, 1962, in Vinton.
Cliff worked for Blanknik Construction Co. for many years. He enjoyed the Hawkeyes, going to the casino, fishing and the time spent with his friends and beloved family. Please leave a message or tribute to the Barrett family on our web page, www.iowacremation.com under Obituaries.
