Kailee Rae (Gavin) Thomae, 36, of Marion, Iowa, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024, at her home, following a courageous battle with cancer. Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Marion. Funeral Mass will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at St. Pius X Catholic Church, located at 4949 Council Street NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with Father John Seda officiating. Burial will follow at Dunkard Cemetery in Toddville.
