Franklin R. Moore, 79, of Southlake, Texas, formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018.
Funeral service: 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Entombment will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday at the chapel.
Survivors include his wife, Judith; daughters, Mashall (Sam) Nemer of Marion, Sheila (Andy) Burton of Urbandale and Sharlyn Jilka of Seattle, Wash.; grandchildren, Mary Nemer, Matthew, Adam and Nicholas Deehring, and Andrew and Abigail Burton; great-granddaughter, Penelope Deehring; stepmother, Blanche Moore of Oskaloosa, Iowa; siblings, Janice (Virgil) Henley of Hiawatha and Edward (Geri) Moore of Marshalltown; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Mildred (Gorsh) Moore.
Frank sold real estate in Cedar Rapids for many years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name.
