Biden prioritizes job over ambitions

Althea Cole recently wrote a column stating that since President Joe Biden wasn’t going to continue his campaign for re-election he should step down as President. She says because he has chosen not to seek re-election he can’t do the job. This is of course a nonsense Republican talking point (but I repeat myself).
He was elected to be President, not a salesperson. He has chosen to prioritize doing his job (which he has done well) and the needs of the United States over his political ambitions. Name one Republican who has done likewise recently.
