Annes Alberta Kenney, 81, of Strawberry Point, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at the Hiawatha Care Center in Hiawatha, Iowa.
She was born on March 30, 1943, at her home near Volga, Iowa,
the daughter of Albert William and Eva Leona (Robbins) Schuldt. She was raised and educated in Volga and graduated from Volga High School. Annes then attended Hamilton Business College in Cedar Rapids and earned a business degree. 
Annes worked for many years for Aegon in Cedar Rapids until her retirement. After her retirement, she returned to Strawberry Point. Annes was an active member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She volunteered at the Strawberry Point Museum. She did Swedish weaving at the Strawberry Point Library. Annes was also a member of the Cedar Valley Woodcarvers Association. She was the president of the Greeley Meal Site for many years.
Survivors include her three daughters, Cynthia (Will) Veber, Brenda (Tim) Harms, and Anita Fuller; six, grandchildren, Sara, Eric, Nick, Megan, Lindsay, and Logan; seven great-grandchildren, Sonny, Olivia, Alex, George, Bianca, Lucille, and Delila; two sisters; a sister-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
Annes was preceded by her parents; two brothers; one sister; and her friend, Jack Fridley.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m., on Monday, August 26, 2024, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Strawberry Point, Iowa, with Reverend John Haugen presiding.
Visitation: 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., on Sunday, August 25, 2024, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Strawberry Point, Iowa, where there will be a 4:30 p.m. Scripture Service. Friends may also call one hour before the service at the church on Monday.
Interment: Cass Township, Strawberry Point, Iowa
