Marcia E. (Newcomb) Hogan, age 77, passed away in her home on Monday, July 1, 2024, with her husband at her side. A celebration of life gathering for Marcia’s life will be Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Williamsburg Historical Building, 516 Elm Street, Williamsburg, Iowa. A memorial fund has been established for the Williamsburg Historical Society. Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg is caring for Marcia and her family.
