Democrats, claiming to save democracy, ignore democratic process

“We have met the enemy, and he is us.” (Walt Kelly, 1970, Pogo cartoonist.)
If you ever wanted to see what a circular firing squad looked like, now is the time. Members of the Democrat party leadership, politicians and MSM (mainstream media,) are the members of the firing squad. After eight years of shooting at the character of President Donald Trump, his family, and his party, calling them an “existential threat to democracy,” they were all shooting blanks.
As it turns out, the Democrat party appears to be the real “existential threat to democracy.” Kamala Harris is now their new presumptive presidential candidate.
14.5 million voters in the Democrat primaries all but totally ignored Kamala and 87% voted for Joe Biden. Lo and behold, instead she is now the new Democrat party nominee for president. Imagine that! This is democracy in action?
Their 14.5 million primary votes now rest in the hands of 3,932 state delegates instead. Only 1,966 are needed to approve her as the Democrat nominee- approximately 0.00014% of the primary voters — a far cry from being a “democracy.” Never mind about having an open convention. The big boys will take it from here.
The new “Silent Majority” is now the everyday Democrat party voter. They were silenced by their own party leaders in a desperate search of more control and power, regardless of the will of their own party members.
