Biden Democrat torn on where to go from here

I am really struggling with what is best for the country. What I saw on the debate was serial liar, convicted felon with more trials to come, and a despicable man owing millions in judgments behaving like cocky frat boy vs. a tired man who could not fight back.
And polls (I know, can be schizophrenic) have Biden severely damaged.
One part of me says “Jill, tell him you are worried. Tell him he saved the country from Trump. Tell him he passed monumental legislation and helped millions to keep affordable health care. Finally, tell him his legacy could be up there with George Washington … You left for the good of the country and people will always remember you as a wise and good man rather than one who went down in flames.”
The other part of me? Trust him to rebound, trust the swing voter to swing back, trust Trump to stay totally irrational and let Joe just squeeze by in November … I lean both ways, but the latter feels more and more like wishful thinking.
A wide-open contest for the nomination will be front and center now on social media. But we proud Democrats understand we march to many drummers, roll in the mud fighting for our causes, then pull together in the end. This time to stop Trump.
Like I said, I am torn right now. The wrong choice could let a narrow evil coalition to forever change our world.
