Craig Wiedemeier, 57, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away June 26, 2024 after a lengthy illness at home. A celebration of life will be held July 7th, 2024 from noon to four at Gilligan's Pub-Grub off 1st Ave NW.
Craig was born July 7th, 1966, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, son of Vernon and Mary (Balsanek) Wiedemeier. Graduated from Prairie High School in 1984. Craig loved turning wrenches and spending time with friends and family at the track. He will be dearly missed.
Survivors include children, Justin Wiedemeier and Jessica Halder, Uncle Donald "Don" (Cindy) Balsanek, step brothers and step sister.
Craig was preceeded in death by his parents and many beloved friends.
