Jan L. Allen, 73, died Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha.
Jan was born May 16, 1951, to Richard and Ruth Raymond. She was united in marriage to Steve Allen on June 5, 1999. Jan was a very loving person, always putting others before herself.
Survivors include her son, Jeff Henderson of Marion; sister, Jean (Jim) Beachler of Robins; nieces, Michelle (Scott) Burkhart of Cedar Rapids, Teresa Beachler of Marion and Kelly (Glenn) Scott of Indiana; nephews, Troy (Sarah) Beachler of Missouri and Scott (Erika) Raymond of Indiana; uncle, Ken Berzinski of Cedar Rapids and aunt, Beverly Berzinski of Fulton, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Ruth Raymond; husband, Steve Allen and her brother, Tom (June) Raymond; uncles, Emil (Bud) Berzinski and Richard (Barb) Berzinski; aunt, Barb Berzinski.
A private family service will take place at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha.
