Julie "Jules" K Cousins, 59, lost her battle with cancer on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Our lord has opened the gates and a new angel has spread her wings.
Family will gather for a private service at a later time. Julie was born Nov. 4, 1964 in Cedar Rapids. She was the daughter of Marlys and David Rude and was blessed with a daughter, Amanda and son Jerad who she carried very close in her heart.
During Jule's good years she enjoyed bingo, puzzles, adventures, music, road trip with friends, and fishing with her children and family.
Julie was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Amanda, sister Cheryl and late partner Tim Lyons.
She was survived by her son Jerad Nylin, special partner Al Fieckert and brother Randy Cousins.
