Bird flu measures show Governor’s real priorities

It is disappointing to read in the paper that our governor is supporting funds to help alleviate the hardship farmers are facing during bird flu spread. Interesting, she seems to find money to help them and yet could not find the funds to support children obtaining food during the summer. Yes, “the health of our livestock is one of our highest priorities.” Apparently not our kids.
