Reynolds order repeals are the only thing she hasn’t ruined

My heartiest congratulations to Gov. Reynolds. After all these years of cuts, wreckage and ruin, she finally found something useful to do. Taking out the trash of old, expired orders. Now if the voters will only follow suit.
