Born on November 22, 1935 in the tar heel state North Carolina, she married and moved to her husband’s birthplace of Marion, IA to have and raise her family. Throughout her life Betty’s kindness and smile touched the lives of all who knew her. Her love of family was unwavering and her presence brought joy to those around her. In her journey to heaven may she walk through endless flower gardens surrounded by beauty and serenity. Though she is no longer with us, her memory will live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to known and love her. She is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
