Betty Lee Baumgartner, 88, of Columbia, S.C., formerly of Strawberry Point, Iowa, died on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Pam Helland (Larry) of Columbia, S.C.; four grandchildren, Hans (Stephenie), Kaari, Katie and Rebekah Helland, all of Columbia, S.C.; one great-grandchild, Sophia Helland; her two sisters, Dee Snodgrass and Pat House; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Ewalu Bible Camp, 37776 Alpha Ave., Strawberry Point, IA 52076.

Memorial service: 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Strawberry Point, Iowa, with Pastor Susan Friedrich officiating.
Visitation: Friends may call one hour before services at the church on Saturday.
Inurnment: Cass Township Cemetery, Strawberry Point, Iowa.
