Stalled construction hurts Iowa City residents and businesses

The intersection of Rochester and First Avenue in Iowa City certainly needed rebuilding. Residents and businesses in east Iowa City were wiling to suffer some pain while that happened. The contractor, Boomerang of Anamosa, has done no work on that project for the last several weeks — a complete disservice to residents and businesses who are experiencing great economic distress!
