Michael Bernard Clemence, 74, died peacefully at his home on Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Coralville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to REM of Iowa.
Michael was born Oct. 9, 1943, in Davenport, the son of Arthur and Nadia (Paulson) Clemence. He was a longtime resident of REM of Iowa. Michael lived in the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids areas his whole life.
Michael is survived by four siblings, Linda (Dude) Campion of Iowa City, Nancy Clemence (Dan Krehbiel) of Black River Falls, Wis., Charles (Sharon) Clemence of La Crosse, Wis., and Cynthia (Reynold) Snyder of Fishkill, N.Y.; nieces, nephews and extended family.
