Bird’s time at Trump trial could be better spent on Iowa

I must say I am appalled that our state Attorney General Brenna Bird is attending the felony trial of Donald Trump and not dealing with Iowa’s problems. Her support for Trump and his 91 felony counts is embarrassing. Iowa has many issues she should be dealing with such as massive sewage spills into our state streams and retirement home abuses. I suspect her attendance in New York is to further her advancement in the party’s far right agenda.
