In Cedar Rapids, the city is celebrating Bike to Work Week with pit stops offering free swag and refreshments, available 6:45-8:15 a.m. and 4-5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Collins Aerospace on Blairs Ferry Road, and the Cedar Valley Nature Trail at Second Avenue.
