Some I-380 ramps in Cedar Rapids will close overnight this week
Closures will begin at 9 p.m., with ramps reopening by 6 a.m.
CEDAR RAPIDS — Some ramps on Interstate 380 in Cedar Rapids will be closed overnight for maintenance this week.
The work is being done by the Iowa Department of Transportation. The following ramp closures are planned:
- Tuesday, May 7, the I-380 northbound on-ramp at First Avenue W will be closed from 9 p.m., reopening at 6 a.m. Wednesday.
- Wednesday, May 8, the I-380 southbound off-ramp to Seventh Street and Eighth Street NE will be closed from 9 p.m., reopening at 6 a.m. The work is expected to last two nights.
- Thursday, May 9, the I-380 northbound on-ramp at Eighth Street NE will be closed from 9 p.m., reopening at 6 a.m. Work is expected to last two nights.
- Thursday, May 9, the I-380 southbound off-ramp at First Avenue W will be closed from 9 p.m., reopening at 6 a.m. Work is expected to last two nights.
