James Dion McKittrick, 63, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, formerly of Moline, Illinois, passed away on April 28, 2024, at the Oldorf Hospice House, Hiawatha. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is assisting the family.
James was born on April 16, 1961, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Robert and Peggy (Weir) McKittrick.
James loved the outdoors, especially camping with his family. He also was an avid moped rider and loved to listen to Led Zeppelin.
James is survived by his children, Sean McKittrick and Brittany (Ryan) Armstrong; step-children, Anthony (Angel) Thurn, Anita Escobedo, Tammy Escobedo, and Jerry (Sonya) Jellis; eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Robert McKittrick Jr.
