Scott Allen Morrissey, 50, of Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, died Friday, June 29, 2018. A private family celebration will be held.
Scott was born June 6, 1968, in Iowa City, the son of Rowland and Carolyn Farmer Morrissey. Scott liked to fish, play pool and darts and spend time with family.
Survivors include his daughter, Kristan Morrissey; and grandson, Bryce Lindell of Marion; his mother, Carolyn, all of Marion; his sister, Sharon Warren of Cedar Rapids; brothers, Steven (Teresa) of Monticello and Kenneth of Minneapolis; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father.
