Constance Burger, 90, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at West Ridge Care Center, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is assisting the family.
Constance was born on August 2, 1933, in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of George and Lenore (Buser) Bestine. She was united in marriage to Joe Manak in 1955 in Buffalo, New York, they later divorced.
Constance was a homebody. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids.
Constance is survived by her daughter, Patti (Ben) Lucas; grandson, Troy Fillenworth; and great-grandchildren, Drew Fillenworth, and Will Fillenworth.
Constance was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Kenneth Bestine.
