Lowell Merton Phelps, 87, of Edgewood, Iowa, formerly of Colesburg, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2018, at Lincolnwood Assisted Living in Edgewood.
Survivors include his two sisters, Lillian Handke of Garnavillo and Lila (Ron) Bushaw of Plant City, Fla.; one brother, Lenny (Janet) Phelps of Edgewood; and many nieces and nephews.

Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Edgewood, with Pastor Mike Jackson officiating.

Interment with military rites: Oak Hill Cemetery, Colesburg, Iowa.
