Moving games to streaming-only ruffles Hawk fans’ feathers

We’re long time U of I basketball fans. Fran, Lute, Dr. Tom, Raveling, and on. And on. But Lisa, Caitlin and the women’s basketball team has captured all Hawk fans’ attention. Their games were a must see in our household and the most entertaining in a long time.
And then along came the “streaming” network.
Peacock? We don’t know the TV magic that lets us enjoy this basketball phenomenon, and I’m sure we’re not alone. We’ve even tried the sports bars. Louie’s Backyard in South Padre Island, TX has 50 TVs and 50 Iowans hoping to watch the game, but no Peacock.
We’ve called the women’s U of I basketball athletic office. Friendly, pleasant, but they said the decision was out of their hands, sorry.
Help!
