What to know: The Hawkeyes swept Ohio State last year, and both games carried high stakes.
In the lone regular-season matchup, at Columbus, the Hawkeyes prevailed, 83-72, over a Buckeyes team that was 19-0 and ranked No. 2 nationally.
In the Big Ten tournament final, Iowa rolled, 105-72.
The Hawkeyes have won 15 consecutive games and have held their last two opponents (Indiana and Wisconsin) in the 50s.
Iowa’s Caitlin Clark leads the nation in scoring (31.0 points per game) and ranks fourth in NCAA Division-I women’s basketball history in scoring (3,306 points), seventh in 3-pointers (444) and ninth in assists (940).
Ohio State’s Jacy Sheldon is fourth in the Big Ten in scoring (17.2 ppg) and second in steals (2.2 per game).
The teams meet in the final regular-season game for both, March 3 at Iowa City.
