Downtown CR restaurants to offer specials during Fire and Ice Festival

CEDAR RAPIDS - Downtown restaurants and night life will offer specials in conjunctions with the 2009 Fire & Ice Festival on Saturday.
Visit these participating locations for specials: Blend, Sixteen at the Crowne, Austin Blues BBQ, City Beat, Dublin City Pub, DC Riverwalk, Coffee Emporium, Sub King, Blue Strawberry, Gringos, Teeghan's Ice Bar, Brick's, Big Daddy's Dogs, Deb's Ice Cream and Deli, Coopacabana, Zins and Flying Wienie.

Also on Saturday, the Fire & Ice Chili Challenge will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Armstrong Building Food Court, 222 Third Ave. SE.
