The memorial service for Teresa R. Carroll, 70, of Arlington Heights, formerly of Cedar Rapids, will be Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 7 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047, where the family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
Teresa was born Feb. 24, 1948, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Leola (nee Johnston) Adsit. Teresa passed away June 6, 2018, in Maywood, Ill.
Teresa enjoyed traveling, riding motorcycles, boating and spending time with her faithful companion, Samantha "Sammie."
Teresa is survived by her loving husband, Tim, whom she married Sept. 27, 1986, at St. Emily Church in Mount Prospect; her daughter, Michelle Baker-Fohlmeister; her grandchildren, Morgan R. and Eric G. Fohlmeister; her sister, Vicki (Tom) Lang; father-in-law, Gene Carroll; brother-in-law, Mike (Tam) Carroll; nephew, Harley Carroll; and many loving cousins and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and mother-in-law, Linda Carroll.
