Ricky was born Sept. 5, 1956, to Ray and Lydia Hard.
Ricky was preceded in death by his mother and father.
Survivors include daughters Michele Foreman of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Melissa Bender of Mount Vernon, Iowa; and son, Ricky Hard II of Denver, Colo.
