Donna Ruth (Miller) Wiley, 93, of Cedar Rapids died Feb. 23, 2021, at Meth-Wick Woodlands. Private graveside services will be held at Spring Grove Cemetery in Covington officiated by the Rev. John Greve of Grace Episcopal Church. Arrangements entrusted to Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel.
Survivors include her children, John (Kathy) Wiley of Walford, Dennis Wiley and significant other, Judy Miller, of Waverly; Lynn (Bill) Cooper of Cedar Rapids and Patty Bryant of Cedar Rapids; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Carol Wiley of Fort Dodge and Gladys Dyal of Cupertino, Calif.; and numerous nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Wiley; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Wiley; son-in-law, James Bryant; and brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Pat Miller.
Donna was born Sept. 9, 1927, in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Ross and Ruth (Owen) Miller. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1945. On Jan. 19, 1947, she was united in marriage to John T. Wiley. He preceded her in death in 2015. She was a member of the El Kahir Shrine Ladies Auxiliary and a life-long member of Grace Episcopal Church.
Donna enjoyed dancing, gardening, knitting, playing cards and time with her beloved family. She will be forever remembered for her delightful laugh and devious sense of humor.
