Elmer T. Delaney, 80, of Cedar Rapids passed away unexpectedly from heart failure on Monday, Dec. 11, 2023, at his home. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Teahen Funeral Home. Burial: Spring Grove Cemetery, Covington. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. on Friday at Teahen Funeral Home. Elmer's full obituary will be printed in Thursday's newspaper.
