Kevin Stanford of Cedar Rapids left this physical earth to join God on Dec. 2, 2023. Kevin was born Dec. 24, 1960, in Flemington, N.J.
To fully explain Kevin's mischievous humor, genius mind, career accomplishments, and loving heart would require us to utilize this whole Sunday paper. (By which he would actually love)
Kevin would say and always has said that his biggest accomplishment in his life is being married to his Best Friend/Love Kathy Stanford (Looney) for 37 years.
Kevin truly lived a life of trying to beat Kathy in a single game of cards with little to no success, learning to take defeat with Grace when marrying a Looney.
Kevin will be greatly missed in all our hearts, but has left everyone who knows him the gift of MANY stories guaranteed to be told and retold the rest of our lives.
Kevin Stanford is survived by his Wife, Kathy Stanford (Looney); Daughter, Klare Looney; Son, Danny Stanford; Sister, Wendy Stanford (DeLesline); Brother, Larry Stanford; Brother, Steve Stanford; Sister, Sally Stanford (Buchanan); Sister, Lisa Stanford; and multiple Nieces and Nephews.
