If goal is inconvenience, CR gets an A+ for road construction

I would like to thank the city for all the hard work they put in to maintain and fix our streets. Thank you.
I also what to thank the city for the main goals they have when doing street construction. The goals are apparently to make the job take as long as possible and be inconvenient to as many neighborhood residents for as long as possible. The city has been doing construction in my neighborhood and they have earned an A+ on these two goals. So keep up the good work and keep making our streets better.
