See through the manure on DNR regulations

Iowans, can you finally see through the manure? The DNR has backtracked on having stricter regulations on large cattle operations that would protect a pristine trout stream and other waters. It is simply too costly to build a greater barrier in the operation's manure storage structure. Money talks; the environment loses; Iowa loses!
This is what happens when one party controls all three branches of Iowa's government. The members of the Environmental Protection Commission that can oversee this decision were all appointed by Governor Reynolds. So much for checks and balances. Now can you see through the manure?
